Passengers travelling by Air France must hold a completed “Undertaking cum Indemnity Bond” prior to departure, due to the outbreak of novel coronavirus.
Passengers arriving into Delhi & Mumbai are required to undergo mandatory quarantine for 14 days on arrival in India (7 days in a quarantine facility at their own cost, followed by 7 days isolation at home), you can check to State wise Quarantine by the Link
If the passengers wish to quarantine for the entire duration at home (14 days) they can seek EXEMPTION FROM INSTITUTIONAL QUARANTINE by submitting a negative RT-PCR Test report on arrival. This test should have been conducted within 96 hours prior to undertaking the journey. The test Report should be uploaded on https://www.newdelhiairport.in/airsuvidha/apho-registration for consideration (at least 72 hours prior to their journey). The decision taken by the government authorities as communicated via the portal will be final.
Passengers must download “Aarogya Setu app” on their mobile devices, and are advised to book hotels prior to departure and confirm any bookings directly with the hotel.
Passengers in transit via the 3 gateways (Delhi, Mumbai & Bengaluru) are allowed to travel onwards when an exemption from the institutional quarantine requirement is granted by the State authorities of the first airport the passenger landed in, on the basis of a negative RT-PCR test report, for which test was conducted within 96 hours prior to undertaking the journey.
Thermal screening will be carried out on passengers upon arrival.
For travel from India to Spain:

Passengers will be refused entry if not holding a QR code showing they have completed the FCS health control form, due to the outbreak of novel coronavirus. Passengers should complete the form online at https://www.spth.gob.es/, or through the SPAIN TRAVEL HEALTH-SpTH application.
In exceptional cases when the form could not have been completed electronically, a paper format may be accepted. Passengers will be reminded of the obligation to present the FCS health control form on arrival once the aircraft are in Spanish air.
Passengers flying with AirFrance or KLM should confirm they are eligible to depart India on www.airfrance.in or https://www.klm.com/travel/in_en/campaigns/travelrestrictions.htm
Passengers must hold a completed public health location form to enter the country, due to novel coronavirus.
