The employee’s company must have been operating for at least one year in real and legitimate work.You must have a contract with that same company for at least 1 year

In terms of a relationship between an employee and an employer, there must be given evidence of this relationship for at least 3 months before the application. Evidence that the employee is given permission to work remotely is also needed.

The company must be based outside of Spain.

Incomes received by Spanish companies can’t represent more than 20% of the total

Contract with that same company for at least 1 year

You must prove that of the total income, the part coming from Spain does not represent more than 20%

You mustn’t have criminal records or be banned from Spain. For that, you must submit your criminal records certificate with a minimum validity of 90 days.

Include a declaration of no criminal record for the last 5 years.

The academic and professional profile of the applicant must be sufficient. And here there are 2 different options. First, to have graduated from a prestigious university or business school; or, second, demonstrate previous working experience of at least 3 years.

You will have to fill out the application form.

Pay the corresponding administrative fee (790 038).
