Dhaba is a restaurant with touches of traditional India. A cuisine based on the ancestral concept of Slowcook, combining pleasure with knowledge of the ingredients. Together with respect for the raw material and a careful selection of spices, delicacy and health make up the soul of each of our dishes.
Most of our dishes are cooked in the tandoor, a special clay oven where meat and fish are cooked in their own essence without using oils or fats, preserving all their properties.
Our favorite dish is tikka , where meat, fish or vegetables are marinated with yogurt and various spices for 8-12 hours and then cooked in the tandoor over low heat to achieve a tender and tasty texture.
