On Monday half of Spain will enter into phase 1 as planned by the Spanish Government, In Catalonia Alt Pirineu and Aran, Terres de D’Ebre, Camp de Tarragona will enter into phase 1 while Barcelona, Catalunya Central, Girona and Lleida will be in Phase 0
The Ministry of Mobility, Transport and Urban Agenda has developed an order that updates the mobility conditions in the Phase1 of the descaled to ensure safety.
Bikes and Mopeds: The conditions for motorcycles, mopeds and category L vehicles with 2 seats are regulated:

ObligatorioMandatory use of gloves in shared vehicles
Rail and bus transportation:
- Passengers will have an adjoining empty seat, with exceptions
- In buses, the row behind the driver will be kept empty
- In the case of standing travellers, the reference is 2 people per m2 and 50% of available seats
In private vehicles:
- If they reside at the same address they can occupy all the places
- If they do not reside together: 2 people per row and with masks
- In vehicles with a single row of seats: up to 2 people with masks
- Taxi or VTC: 2 people per row without occupying that of the driver
Meetings or Reunions:
- At the max of 10 persons allowed to meet or reunion
- Always have to maintain a distance of security
- Wear masks obligatory
Outdoor sitting in restaurants (Terrazas)
- 50% of the capacity is allowed
- There should be a minimum of 2m distance between tables with group of clients max of 10 clients
Shops with less than 400 m2
- No advance booking needed as needed in Phase 0
- With a maximum of clients, less than 30% of maximum clients allowed
- Special hours for aged above 65 years
Open-air Markets
- 25% of Stores are permitted
- With a maximum of 1/3 clients
Hotels and touristic hostels can also be opened in Phase one, but the need to maintain common places lice, recreation centre and all other zones commonly
Libraries and museums will be opened with limited capacity and activities
Cultural and religious places can resume activities with 1/3 of their capacity and Velatorios with maximum of 15 persons in open air and 10 persons maximum in closed rooms
