At this stage, the time limitation for walking, sports and going out with children is limited to the respect of the over-70s.
Restricted activities are partially resumed in phase I, with capacity limitations, such as restaurants with table service and large shopping centres, without the possibility of staying in common or recreational areas.
Educational centres are opened for the partial attention of certain students, but the teaching activity will continue to be telematic until the end of the school year.
In the cultural field, the cinemas and theatres, as well as monuments and cultural equipment, come into operation, with the maintenance of safety and hygiene measures.
Beaches and swimming pools are also reopened, with capacity restrictions, and in the case of swimming pools there is an appointment.
As far as sport is concerned, training in non-professional federated leagues and sports competitions are resumed.
Finally, in addition to the possibility of going to places of worship and attending wakes and funerals, weddings are also being held, with restrictions on the number of guests.
Meetings and outings
Meetings of up to 15 people who do not live in the same house can be held both in the open air and at home.
Visitors are allowed:
persons with disabilities in residences or sheltered housing.
to elderly persons in residences, but only in the centres without any case of Covidien-19 or the centres that have well defined positive cases in separate areas.
It is possible to walk around, go out with children and do non-professional sports all day long, except during the hours of 10 am to 12 pm and 7 pm to 8 pm, which are reserved for those over 70 years of age.
Establishments and restoration
Establishments that were previously closed can now open, regardless of their surface area, without the need for an appointment, and with a capacity limit of 40%.
Shopping centres are now open, with capacity restrictions (30% in common areas and 40% in commercial premises) and without the possibility of remaining in common or recreational areas.
Open-air street markets can accommodate one-third of the usual stops.
Catering establishments resume table service, but with restrictions of between 30% and 50% of their usual capacity.
Hotels can open common areas if they restrict the capacity to 30%.
Training and knowledge
Schools and high schools open, with capacity restrictions and hygiene and safety measures, to offer:
Educational action for students who finish a stage and/or need a degree: 6th grade of primary school, 4th grade of secondary school, 2nd grade of high school, 2nd year of vocational training and special regime.
Personalised tutorials for all courses, for the educational and emotional accompaniment of the students.
Attention to students from 3 to 6 years old, as a priority, for families who need to reconcile work and family life.
The nurseries can also accommodate children from 1 to 3 years old, with a maximum of 5 children per space and priority for families who need to reconcile work and family life.
Other training centres, such as driving schools or academies, may take classes again provided they do not exceed one third of the capacity, although they must give priority to distance learning. For practical driving lessons, both the teacher and the student must wear a mask.
Seminars and conferences of up to 50 people can be held.
The residences for researchers are back in operation.
Culture, leisure and sport
Cinemas, theatres and auditoriums open with a 30% capacity restriction and spectators must remain seated with pre-assigned seats.
Spaces other than the above where cultural events or performances are held can be used:
A maximum of 50 people if they are closed.
A maximum of 400 people if they are outdoors.
Monuments and other cultural facilities can be visited with restrictions of 30% of the capacity.
Libraries resume services not available until now, such as reading in the hall with 30% of the capacity.
Active tourism and nature activities can be done in groups of up to 20 people and by appointment.
The natural parks can be opened with restrictions of 20% of the capacity.
The cable cars are back in operation, provided that the maximum occupation of each cabin is reduced by half.
Groups of up to 15 people can go to the beach, respecting safety distances.
The swimming pools come into operation for sports and recreational activities, with a capacity of up to 30% and by appointment.
In non-professional federated leagues, basic training can be started, on an individual basis.
In professional leagues, full training can be resumed, respecting the 50% capacity of the sports facilities.
Sports competitions can be held behind closed doors or with limited capacity.
Worship, celebrations and mourning
The places of worship have a capacity of half the usual.
Weddings can be held with a limited number of guests:
A maximum of 50 in enclosed spaces
From a maximum of 100 in outdoor spaces
Candles and burials, both public and private, increase the maximum number of attendees:
Up to 15 people if they are held in closed spaces.
Up to 25 people if they are outdoors.
The procession for the burial or farewell for the cremation of the dead increases the maximum number of attendees to a maximum of 25, in addition to the person officiating.
